We employ IT professionals for the purpose of temporary staffing them to clients to provide consulting services in various disciplines. Vacancies in normal staffing are created primarily by project needs, but can also be filling needs due to growth, attrition, maternity leave, vacations, illness, etc. These assignments can vary from several months to multiple years.

Direct placement is also available to candidates. No fee is charged to the candidate for direct placement with a client.

For Clients:

Temporary staffing can also serve as a training or proving ground, as our client agreements will always allow a "buy-out", when both the candidate and the client desire it. We call this the "try and buy" program or contract to permanent placement.

For Direct Placement of consultants, a fee is negotiated between us and our client's, along with a guarantee period.
